DIY Leather tags

You know I have a thing going on with leather, right? Now that I'm packing for our upcoming holiday that starts tomorrow I had to share this beautiful leather tags that I found via Almost makes perfect. Not quiet sure if I will have enough time to do it for this holiday but I will definitely make them once I'm back so I can use them in a future getaway.
