Love at the first sight!

A few years ago I visited Sweden for the first time and I felt in love! I mean I truly, madly, deeply, felt in love with the city, the language, the people, the smell, the water, the parks, the design, the creativity, the food and so on... Since then I've come back every year and I've been dreaming of living there. Now that I know, that this is gonna happen in the near future I'm dreaming of a beautiful apartment. And this one would be just perfect. The only minus is that this apartment is situated in Gothenburg and I'm moving to Stockholm. But ohhhh what a beauty. I just love everything!!

Great how the natural sunlight falls inside.

Love the high ceiling,

the long and bright kitchen,

 the white floor

and everything else.

Can you feel the Spring in this balcony, calling and saying that it's again time to let him in?

In one woord - Gorgeous! Looking forward to move to Sweden and hopefully I will find some place like this. Fingers crossed!!!!!!
Have a great monday!

Lovisa Burfitt for RUM 21

Lovisa Burfitt has been since years one of my favourite illustrators.
Everyday I take my coffee in my Mademoiselle Oiseau cup, that she illustrated a few years ago for Rörstrand. I guess "Today I'm a bird"  the text printed inside of the cup reminds me, everyday that I'm free to be and do whatever I want! As long as it feels meaningful and coming from my heart… So thank you Lovisa Burfitt for my daily inspiration.
Yesterday a six new illustrations by Lovisa Burfitt for RUM21 have been released. Lovisa Burfitt always design limited editions so be aware that if you wait to long your favourite can be gone. They are all gorgeous and the two who catch my eye first were "Dark side of the moon poster" and "Nice 2013 poster". Am I still on time to ask one to dear Santa?

From Japan with love

I've been in love with Scandinavian design since a few years now. I've always liked to decorate and change constantly my interior at home. I also helped friends and family decorating theirs.
Since 2008 i held Lovemoments where I posted and reblogged everything I liked. Since i moved to Japan last September, I've been wanting to combine both styles.
Scandinavia meets Asia. This is how Scandinasian by Lendalia has born. I hope you enjoy!!!!

I took this pictures last month in Tokyo when i visited this exposition at the Swedish embassy in Tokyo.

The exhibition is characterized by the unique collaboration between family members. The light and patterns combinations, the dalarna horses and the kokeshi dolls make it very Scandinasian. If u want to read more about this exposition and about Stina, Anna and Pompe
